Privacy & Security:

All information gathered by Chena Outdoors will only be used by Chena Outdoors. We will never sell any of your personal information to anyone.

We will never email or otherwise contact you with any sales or other promotional offers.

Upon your specific request, when you choose to join our newsletter for information on upcoming news and events, we will email you our newsletter once a month.

Payment:

We accept all major credit cards and BitCoin. if you wish to purchase products with BitCoin, email us for instructions.

Shipping & Delivery:

No international orders will be accepted.

Internet orders are shipped USPS Parcel post or Priority Mail insured, at our discretion.

All products are un-boxed and checked, prior to shipment, to ensure quality.

Shortage and damage claims must be reported to Last Frontier Blades within 48 hours of receipt. Any claim reported after 48 hours will be void.

Returns & Replacements:

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective. All returns must first be approved by Chena Outdoors. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required, and no return will be accepted without one. Returns must be returned in their original packaging to receive a return credit.

Prohibited Uses.

You may only use the website, and purchase products, for legal purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old to order any knife. Some items on the website may be illegal in your area for possession by those under the age of 21. Customer is responsible for compliance to all applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning the purchase, ownership, use, and possession of any products sold to them on this website.

Automatic Knives:

Chena Outdoors does not sell automatic knives outside of Alaska. No online orders for shipment of automatic knives will be accepted.

Automatic knives are only sold to customers, in person, over the age of 18 and with proper photo identification.
